Terms of Service

1) General Terms

These Terms govern the use of services provided by Khunnaimae Salon Bowin Co., Ltd. (“we/us”). Using our in-store services, website, booking system, phone, or LINE OA constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and contact us for more information.

2) Definitions

• Services: Hair/beauty services, nail/lash services, related products, and other offerings.
• Booking: Scheduling a date and time to receive services via any channel.
• Deposit: Amount paid in advance to confirm a booking in certain services/periods.

3) Salon Services

Service list, pricing, estimated durations, and promotions may be updated from time to time. We reserve the right to make changes without prior notice, and will communicate through our main channels.

4) Booking

• Booking channels: website, phone, LINE OA, or at the salon.
• Confirmation: completed when you receive a confirmation message/slip or staff confirmation.
• Deposit: for certain services/peak times, a deposit may be required (e.g., THB 100–300 or a percentage of service value).

5) Changes/Cancellation

• Rescheduling/cancellation must be made at least 6 hours before the appointment.
• Late notice or no-show may result in deposit forfeiture or a fee at our discretion.
• Deposit refunds (if any) will be processed within a reasonable time and may incur transfer fees at cost.

6) Late Arrival/No-show

• Arrivals later than 15 minutes may require rescheduling or service adjustments.
• No-show without notice may lead to deposit forfeiture and refusal of future bookings.

7) Pricing & Payment

• Prices shown are net unless stated otherwise.
• We accept cash, QR transfer, and electronic methods announced by the salon.
• Please keep your receipt/slip as proof of payment.

8) Vouchers/Coupons/Packages

• Coupons/discount codes are subject to their terms and may not be combined with other promotions.
• Packages/credits remain valid for the period specified at purchase.

9) Service Warranty

• Please report service issues within 7 days of service date.
• Warranty excludes improper aftercare, self-applied color at home, or force majeure.

10) Health & Safety

• Please inform us of allergies/health conditions before service; we may refuse service if safety is at risk.
• We follow appropriate hygiene and equipment sanitation practices.

11) Photos & Content

We may request permission to take before/after photos for portfolio/social media. Publication will occur only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw later.

12) Website & Intellectual Property

• Content, logos, images, trademarks, and software on the website are our or licensors’ property; do not copy/modify/distribute without permission.
• Users must not engage in actions that damage the system or other persons.

13) Third-party Services

Our website/booking system may integrate with external providers (payments, hosting, LINE OA, etc.); their terms and policies apply additionally.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, unforeseeable, or consequential losses arising from service use. Our total liability (if any) shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

15) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power/network outages, government measures, epidemics, etc.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Thai law. Parties shall first attempt amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Thai courts.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify via our website. The latest published version shall apply.
